We take pride in delivering beautifully crafted furniture to your home as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Delivery Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom (mainland only). If you are based in Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or other remote areas, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability and delivery charges.


Delivery Charges

  • a handling/delivery surcharge may apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

  • All our products are made to order. Estimated delivery times range from 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the product 

  • Items shown as in-stock will have faster delivery times, however are still made to order. 

 

  • You will receive an email notification when your order is dispatched, with delivery tracking (if applicable).


Delivery Method

  • Deliveries are handled by our trusted logistics partners or white-glove delivery service.

  • For large items, a two-person delivery team will place the item in your room of choice and remove packaging upon request.


Missed Deliveries

If you miss your scheduled delivery, a redelivery fee may apply. We will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable time.


Delivery Issues or Damages

Please inspect your items upon delivery. If there is any damage or issue:

  • Note it on the delivery form and take photographs immediately.

  • Contact us within 24 hours at info@lesola.co.uk with details.


International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping via our website. For trade or bulk international enquiries, please contact us directly.
